Mrs. Taylor was a friendly and loving person I had the pleasure of meeting on one occasion over 18 years ago in St. Vincent. A lasting impression her vibes was just contagions. At times I feel she was my gramma.

We salute Deloris Taylor, who like women of her generation, did so much with very modest means. She raised a large family and was also the bedrock for her husband who served in the police force. How did she do it? It was done with living patience, love and sacrifice. May her beautiful soul RIP and the many precious memories live on in our hearts.

Remembering the days when I looked forward to opening granmas door and hearing "Kamille!!!! Yo get sooooo tall" followed by that deep belly laugh that we all know and loved. The only person I still allowed to call me Kamille. She always made sure that she spoilt her grand children and loved us with every fibre of her body.
