Frank Watts passed away peacefully from this life on the morning of November 1st 2024. Frank was born to Winfield and Rosalie Watts on February 18th 1955, he was the 13th of 15 children. Frank was educated in the Camden City School System. Frank was a kind and happy person that loved to laugh and was always smiling. Frank loved his family & enjoyed singing and harmonizing with his brothers. Frank was a great dresser and was very meticulous about his appearance. He and his brother Raymond were the best of friends. They were inseparable and you rarely saw one without the other. The memories of Frank will always be imprinted in our hearts. Frank leaves behind to cherish his memories, 1 sister Diana Watts, 2 brothers Edward and Oliver Watts, 2 sisters-in-law, Ada and Charmaine Watts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Winfield Watts Sr. (1975) and his mother Rosalie Watts (1980). 3 sisters, Carol D. McCants Jones (1999), Catherine D Holmes (2016) and Peggy Watts (2021). 8 brothers, Ronald, Winfield Jr. (1996), Robert (1997), Arnold (2008), Allan (2012), Raymond (2015), Kenneth (2020) and Gerald (2021).
