I was proud to be part of Cheryl's Head Start family from the beginning when she was first a parent. When she was employed with Tri County, I felt that she was the epitome of what Head Start was meant to do--empowering familes. Just as she became empowered, she empowered others. The Head Start commmunity lost a good soldier.
