My Friend & Sister for life. We had "Great Times", talking, laughing, praying and just being ourselves. I love you and will miss you all the conversation we had. You will always stay in my heart forever. I know in my heart that you are at peace and being comforted by your Mom, Dad and other relatives. To the family. As you all know Bertie was a wonderful person who will be truly missed. Such a loving and caring person. I did not know her that well, but I can never remember seeing her without a pleasant smile on her face and kind greeting for me. I knew her in the Cherry Hill office of IRS and would occasionally see her on her detail in Philadelphia. May she rest in peace. Will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers
