Aunt Shirley Thank you for all that you did for me when i was young. I remember hanging out with cousin Paula and you would take us to different places. I even enjoyed watching you preach in church. These are memories that i will always cherish. I know your not in any pain anymore. So give my Dad a hug for me I Love you always.

Shirley was my big cousin with a big heart and great challenging thoughts which amazed many people. Shirley was a magnificent motivator, in addition to being my champion for my self-esteem which help produce a young professional. Thank you. cousin. Not only did she share our kinship, but many smiles, the love of God, wisdom, knowledge, love, many great life long lessons, and protection for her love ones.
In the 50's-70's, she and Aunt Helen would visit Virginia and the good times would roll. We would have so much fun, the house echoed love, laughter, fun, fellowship, food, singing good ole gospel music with instruments such as the piano, guitars, drums, spoons, tambourines, washboards, pots, pans and the voices of the sopranos, altos, tenors, baritone, and the bass. Yes, we were the first Jackson Family of that era, without the contract and money. Although, we shared more than money, it was the love that bonded this family and the relationship with God. Just before they would prepare to return to New Jersey the melody and tune would ring out, "Don't Forget the Family Prayer, Jesus Gonna Meet You There" and ended with a prayer until the next time.
Now, those days are gone and you've entered The Joy of the Lord, with Our Father, but you can't crown Him until we all get there, so cousin rest in the arms of Jesus. I will see you again, I love you with these tears in my eyes. "BONJOUR SHIRLEY"

Shirley was my big cousin. She was the leader of the pack. My sister Candies and I always looked up to her. She was our protector, and everyone knew she was, "in charge". She was a lover of Christ and a strong pillar in her community. Although she has physically left us, she is "STILL" protecting us from her heavenly mansion. I have so many memories that I will cherish. There will be many times I will think back and laugh out loud. You will be forever missed and in my heart.
Forever-N- Love

My cousin Shirley was always helping others, however before this she was my regular cousin. We partied together and she look out for us as young girls. (Georgia, Candies) I knew her in her hey days before Christ and after she gave her life to Jesus Christ. I love you Shirley and I will see you in heaven.
