Obituary of Darlene S. (Booda) Wanamaker

Darlene Shabree Perry -Wanamaker Darlene Shabree Perry-Wanamaker Born on January 10, 1982.  Born to Gregory Wannamaker and the late  Darlene West. Darlene was known by her childhood nickname “Booda”. Darlene was born in Camden, NJ and was raised in Camden and Pennsauken, NJ. She was educated in the Camden and Pennsauken city School districts. Darlene love to look good every since she was a child she was obsessed with fashion and the finer things of life. Booda loved to talk!!! She was also. Nicknamed Darlene the story teller, we let Booda talk and tell stories until she was ready to stop. As Darlene  matured into a woman she became intrigued with home interior design she had a nitch for home decor which coincided with her fashion obsession. Darlene was a beautiful young woman with aspirations and dreams that kept her inspired. Darlene has 5 children predeceased Curtis Jenkins lll., Saiyer Gateward, Sterling Gateward, Jayden Jones, and Omari Wanamaker.  Predeceased maternal grandparents Betsy & Thomas Barnes, predeceased grandfather Stanley Wanamaker Grandmother Doris Wanamaker, Her father Greg Wanamaker Sr., (wife Lisa), four sister’s Lashonda Neal (husband Shelton Neal), India Laws, Mia Anderson-Coles, (Ali Coles), Keya Anderson-Judge (husband Omar), Monae , and brothers Gregory Wanamaker Jr. known as “Turdy”. predeceased Turon Wanamaker. Darlene you will be missed dearly. Leaving behind to cherish her memories her boys who she loved so much. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that she loved and enjoyed entertaining often with her audacious personality. Booda we love you with all of our hearts and will miss you more than you can ever imagine. You are home with Curt and we need y’all to watch over us as the angels you both are.
