Obituary
Obituary of Gregory Morris, Jr.
Please share a memory of Gregory to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Gregory James Morris, Jr. was born on July 20, 1968, to Willie Mae Parker-Morris (deceased) and Gregory James Morris, Sr. (deceased). Gregory attended Berlin Township Elementary Schools and graduated from Williamstown High School in Monroe Township, New Jersey, later attending Camden County College where he studied business. Gregory held a number of jobs working under the auspices of the Environmental Protection Agency as part of the first responder teams, to clean up oil spills, as well as, to remove toxic asbestos from many of our public schools.
Gregory was a dedicated employee of Greenyard Logistics USA in Swedesboro, N.J. where he rose to the position of supervisor. Everyone who knew Gregory knew that he absolutely loved the Dallas Cowboys ever since he knew what a football was. He proudly coached the Interboro Hornets little league football team for many years. Gregory loved life; he treasured family and friends; he gave the greatest hugs and had a loud booming voice; if he was in the room everybody knew it. Gregory will dearly be missed.
He leaves to mourn his two daughters Sierra Marie Morris and Catherine McFaul, one son Anthony Morris and four grandchildren Anthony Morris, Jr., Kamora Morris, Alore Morris, and Carnell Jefferson-McFaul , two sisters Stayce Morris Shute Pepper (Andre) and Ayesha Emily Morris, one brother Gregory Barron Morris, five cousins whom he cherished as his brothers Robert Martin, Troy Martin, Donald Hickson, Quinn Martin, and Terrence Martin, loving Aunts Patricia Parker, Theresa Martin-Morris, Margo Venable, Carol Denise Parker, loving Uncles Wayne Morris, Frederick Keith Morris, Kenneth Parker, and Alvin Martin (Parker), a dear and cherished friend Kim Smith, god mother Marian McCann, sisters of the heart Dondielle, Charlotte, Netty, and Crystal, and a host of relatives and special friends.
Lovingly submitted,
The Family
