Obituary of Stephanie Hightower

Stephanie Monae Hightower, born July 7, 1965 to Harvey and Shirley Williams. She was a product of the Gloucester Township Public School system, graduated from Highland Regional High School. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Rutgers University. The majority of her professional career was dedicated to social work with the State of New Jersey within the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, where she was able to exercise her passion and devotion for children, until the day of her passing on 1/14/21. She leaves the following family members to mourn her loss and cherish her beautiful memory; Mother Shirley Williams (predeceased Father Harvey Williams); Brothers and (Sister in laws): Turhan Williams (Zubia), Stacey Hightower (Naomi); Sister/Goddaughter: Sherise Hightower; Three nephews: Zuzu Williams, Ari and Harvey Hightower; One Niece: Aleena Stephanie Williams; One Aunt: Jacqueline Delaine, One Uncle: Clifford Hightower Jr.; a host of Cousins: including, but not limited to the Hightowers, Carrs, Delaine, Fishers and Williams’; her most faithful pet Bow-Bow, and countless friends. A public viewing will be on Saturday January 23, 2021 from 9am to 11am EST at May’s Funeral Home, 335 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville, NJ and will be followed by a private internment. A celebration of her life will take place at a later date where all will be welcomed.
