Obituary of Frankie Sutton

Frankie Sutton, the son of Florence (née. Flemming) and the late David Lee Sutton, was born on Friday, March 22nd, 1957 at the Mount Holly Memorial Hospital, Mount Holly, NJ. The sixth of eleven children, he attended Jacobstown School District in Cookstown, NJ through middle school until his family moved to Pemberton, NJ. At 24, Frankie joined the Local Laborers Union, Local 172 where he was employed as a general laborer for 38 years. After his marriage to Mary Maureen (née. McIllhenny), his family resided in Pemberton, NJ. Frankie enjoyed gardening, making personal visits to his family members, and letting everyone know he was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys football fan! He was a father figure, not only to his own children; but to the entire community, making a lasting and loving impact on many! He loved to laugh and enjoy the company of his family members, dear friends, and his trusted canine companion, Benji! He leaves behind, but not to grieve: his loving wife of thirty-five years, Mary; six sons: Kareem, Andre, Frankie, Jr., Jason, Dion, and Dante; three daughters: Francina, Tiffany and Brittany. Twenty-three grandchildren; his mother, Florence; ten siblings: David, Ronnie, Sylvia, Jackie, Jerry, Daisy, Darnell, Gary, and Rochelle; he was pre-deceased by his older brother, Melvin.
