What a beautiful celebration of Eva's selfless life!! I feel blessed to have known her for many years while working at the NBME and after her retirement. She was such a bright light in our world with her beautiful smile and loving hugs. We shared the love for reading, thus, exchanging books and many titles to pick up at the library (I'm sure they loved her there, too:)).My heart and prayers go out to Eva's family, who she absolutely adored. Thank you for sharing Eva with us. I am forever grateful!

Eva was a bright light in my life through the many years that I worked with her at the NBME. Always smiling, even when things were tough. Always hugging and lifting me and those around her up. She had a laugh that was contagious and joyful; I can hear it right now as I think about it. I am so saddened, and I am so sorry for her family members and close friends who will feel this great loss. I am sending you all light and love and praying that you heal in time as you continue to remember the spirit and joy that was our dear, lovely Eva.

I am so sorry to hear of Eva’s passing. Eva was such a great coworker and friend. You always knew when you saw Eva that she would have a bright smile, kind word, and a story to make you chuckle. We will miss her greatly, but are lucky to have had her in our lives, even for just a short time.
Sending prayers to her family and friends,

Eva was a kind, gentle soul. My interactions with her at the NBME over a period of many years were always pleasant. It was always a pleasure meeting and talking with her. I never heard her saying an unkind word about anyone. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.

I am so saddened to hear of Eva's passing. I worked with her for 5 years at the NBME, and she was the kindest person. You could always count on her to help you or give you some good advice when you needed it. There were a bunch of young women in our early 20s in our group, and she looked after all of us, just like a mom would. Her love for Enoch, Erica, and Enoch Jr. was so obvious. She always had great family stories that she would share with so much laughter, love, and pride. I know that she was a woman of strong faith, and she is with the Lord and the angels now, watching over all of us. I will miss her spirit and kindness so much. She was truly a blessing to all who knew her.

Eva and I worked together for many years. She was such a kind and generous person, always giving her support to others. She loved her children so deeply and cared about others. She often answered my phone and talked to my young son when I was not available. He is now 34 and remembers her affectionately. She will be missed by all!

Please accept my deepest sympathy. I worked with Eva at the National Board and continued to keep in touch after we both retired. One of my fondest memory was a day several years ago when Eva and I visited our dear friend, Gretta. Her deep faith, her inspiration and her kindness were evident to everyone she came in contact with. She will be missed.
