Obituary
Obituary of Carolyn P. Goldsboro
Please share a memory of Carolyn to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
On April 2nd, 1957 Carolyn “Pat” Patricia Goldsboro was born in Camden, New Jersey. Carolyn was born to Audrey Jackson and Joseph Goldsboro. On the morning of April 8th, 2020, Carolyn passed away of natural causes peacefully in her home in Camden, NJ. She was the second baby girl of Audrey and Joseph.
She was educated in the Camden city school system. Throughout her life she worked many jobs but her favorite job was being a lunch aide at Lanning Square school in Camden, NJ.
Carolyn, who was affectionately known as “Pepsi” by most, had such a warm soul. And a huge heart filled with nothing less than love. Pepsi loved to spend most of her days home with her grandchildren nurturing them. She loved being a grandmother, you couldn't tell her anything about her grandchildren, they were her world!
Carolyn was a remarkable woman; she was one who was caring and had compassion to help EVERYONE in need. She was always a call away for anyone who needed her for shelter, love, or just a listening ear. Carolyn was very unfailing, she was someone you could trust with your biggest secrets and most valuable item.
Carolyn leaves behind her four beautiful children Christal, Patricia, Nathaniel, and Deidre “Dee-Dee.” Also a bonus son she loved dearly, Zyaire. Her lifetime partner, Tracy Jones. A loving mother Audrey Jackson, six siblings; Alice, Nancy, Linda, Joseph, William, and Kimberly. Thirteen wonderful grandchildren; George, Cierra, Syhee, Keison, Tajana, Quavon, Keshon, Shyheem, Cashamere, Daivon, Delilah, Ace, and Aiden. Last but not least, three lovely great grandchildren Akira, Jayceon, and Ta’Zuri. Carolyn leaves many friends and family with saddening hearts, for she is loved by many.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her father Joseph, sister Wanda, and younger brother Kevin “Bo.”
“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.”
