Obituary of Robert L Williams

On this day Robert L. Williams was birthed into the world on February 18th, 1932. He was the son of Ida Jones and Charles Williams. He was educated in the Camden City School System and graduated. He attended Sunday School and Worshipped with his mother at Eight Street Baptist Church in Camden New Jersey. He joyed sports and special family occasions. When he came into manhood, he met Gertrude P. Banks and they became united in marriage on September 10th ,1955 and had a glorious marriage for sixty-six years. From this marriage four children were born: Robert L. Jr., (Susan). Jeffery G. (Amber), Michael L. (deceased), and Craig A. Williams, and Geraldine (wife). Three grandchildren J’aimelle Sledge and husband Delwin, Tiffany Gibbs and husband Al Pheus, NaKeeta Cole. Eight Grate grand children: Saniya and Delwin Jr., Mikhah, Symphany, Timaeus, Pearce, Bella and Brent. He was a faithful postal worker for over thirty years and retired from the United State Postal Service in Bellmawr, New Jersey. Two sister Vivian Ingram (deceased) and Betty Williams (deceased), One nephew Charles Ingram, Two nieces Wanda and Linda Ingram.
He had a special clate aunt Hazel that he loved. Arthur Redd Jr. Wanda Wilson, Leama and Gerald, Paul Banks III, Derik, Jodie, Fred H II, (deceased), John Marion, Paula, and Rheidia, Marlea and James, John Isaie, Kevin (deceased), Vonda, Williams CJR, Sheila, Chelsea, and Les, Melissa, Patricia Sharper, Keith Banks Michelle and Husband, James Jr. and Vicky. Steven and wife, Elizabeth Banks, Veronica, Claude Graham Jr. Bridget and Jose, Claudia (deceased), Gilbert, Curtis Smith and Nicole, Alecia Gardner (deceased), Tasheshia, Jennifer, El Jalhan, Johnathon (deceased), Troy. Thomas Anderson (deceased), Thomas Pearson (Vietta), John David and Monique, One Sister in lwa Dorothy Banks and a host of niece’s nephew, cousins, etc. Four deceased sisters in law Anna L. Redd, Shirley M. Graham, Doris J. Gardner (deceased), Seven (deceased), brother-in-law Paul A, John I., Frank R, Fred H, William C, James D, Ronald L., one surviving sister-in-law: Darlene.
