I would like to send my condolences to Ms. Elsie's family. My grandparents Kitty and Lee Jarrell were her neighbors for many year. Growing up Ms. Elsie would always greet us with a hello. She was always friendly and patient with our childish nonsense. Occasionally she would have to yell at us for running on her grass. We knew she liked her yard and flower beds to look nice so we quickly listened. She helped in teaching us how to respect others. I hope God will wrap his arms around you all and give you comfort. RIP Ms. Elsie
