Obituary of Susan E Morrison

Susan E. Morrison, daughter of James Alston and Beatrice Moros was born on April 1, 1954 in Warrenton, NC. She was raised in Philadelphia, PA where she had finished school and gave birth to her first born son Lawrence (Bam) Alston. Many years later she met the late Joseph Morrison, the couple lived in Philadelphia a few years before Susan gave birth to her second born son Joseph Alston. The couple got married and moved to Willingboro, NJ where they had their baby girl Tiffany Morrison. Susan worked for various jobs such as private duty housekeeping, Masonic Village, The Evergreens and Willingboro School District Food Service. She loved cooking and entertaining her family and friends. Susan loved helping others in any way she could whether that was giving you a place to stay or clothes on your back. Everyone looked for Sue to have all the answers and that's what made her one of a kind. Susan was very involved in her kids life. There was never a time she couldn't be there or make a way for whatever they needed. She was and always will be Superwoman. She loved spending time with her grandkids and celebrating every new accomplishment whether that was taking their first steps or passing a class. She is predeceased by her mother Beatrice, father James, sister Laura, brother Charles, and son Lawrence. She leaves to cherish her memory with her son Joseph Alston, daughter Tiffany Morrison, grandson Sahmir Alston and granddaughters Solei Alston and Alei'ah Washington, brother and sister in law James and Kissy Alston, sisters Flossie and Cora Alston, and various nieces and nephews.
