Robert E. Lee Holloway was born June 11, 1939 to Richard Holloway Lola Leaphart in Baseburg Leesville, SC. He was called home from labor to reward on 8-26-2021 from heart disease.
He had 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Lee Holloway oldest, then Marie Holloway-Rivas, Ann Holloway-Adam, Lou Holloway, Richard Holloway. With him being born after his sister Marie.
Robert lived in Baseburg, SC where he grew up and attended Elementary. When he was 9 yrs old his mother passed away. His father would eventually remarry to Becky Holloway whom became his step mother. Robert would continue on to Jr high School and graduate in 1956 (7)
After graduating he enlisted in the United States army he served our country from 5-13-58 to 4-14-60. During this time he completed basic training. He did a tour in Vietnam and was in the Vietnam war. Robert was then deployed to Okinawa, Japan where he was honorable discharge in 1960.

Robert lived his life to the fullest. He worked at a air freshener factory in Cinnaminson Nj. When he was working he took up a hobby of building picnic tables for his children when they resided in West Camden to show of his great carpentry skills. He also was considered a man with a green thumb because he enjoyed his plants. Another thing Robert enjoyed was cooking. He was a great chef!
When Robert wasn't building picnic tables, tending to his plants getting dirty he would get dressed and he was very particular about his attire.
After her left the factory he worked several other places such as driving cab, and aluminum shapes in Pennsauken, NJ.
Robert enjoyed dancing in his past time. One of his favorite dances was called the slob and his favorite word Whoa Baby or Nuckle Head!
Robert is preceded in his death by his wife Marian Holloway. His brother Lee Holloway Marie Holloway-Rivas, Ann Holloway-Adam, Richard Holloway.
He leaves to honor his memory Children; Lori A Holloway, Donna L Holloway, Robert E Holloway Jr., Scott A Holloway ( Salimah) and Rochelle M Holloway-Brown ( Tyrone). God Daughter Regina Maddead and kafi Peterson. Grandchildren; Janeen N Holloway-Lewis ( Melvin), Liah Branch, Tiarra Holloway, Mykia Harris, Melissa Mclean, Shavelle Holloway, Micheal Harris Jr., Micheal Holloway-Waters, Jarrell Mclean, Taliyah Trusty, Khadijah Holloway, Ameer Holloway, Tatiana Holloway, Jo’sue Holloway and Sumayyah Holloway. Great Grandchildren; Nadeja Williams, Genesis Holloway, Sanaa Williams, De’Sean Holloway, Nyla Holloway, Kano Williams Jr., Elijah Holloway, Samiyah Harris, Johanna Jones, Malachi Luis, Isaiah Garrett, Imani Garrett, Mailani Branch, Justice Holloway, Alexander Mclean, Te’Vaya Clerk, Lovingly Submitted.
