The Life Celebration of
Rosa Ivette Cruz
Rosa Ivette Cruz Roman, born on October 18, 1960, to the parents of Juan
Evangelio (Vangelio) Cruz and Angelina (Gela) Cruz Roman, sister of Norma,
Junior, Justina, Manuela, Gerardo, Janet, Maria. Aunt of 57 nephews and nieces,3 grandkids. She had many aunts, uncles, lots of cousins, and lots of friends.
When Rosa was born Vangelio was so happy that he got so drunk that he forgot to write his name right on her birth certificate, to this day his name is wrong till this day on her birth certificate. Rosa was the happiest person, when she laughed,
everyone laughed with her. Her laugh was very contagious.
Rosa had a relationship that she had an only son with. His name was George who loved dearly with her whole heart and soul. Unfortunately, her son passed away 2 years ago, suffering from the same ailments as Rosa. Rosa never recovered from her precious loss. Rosa helped everyone and always had good intentions. At the same time provoke her and she lit up like a firecracker.
When all was good with her, all was great with everyone. On the other hand, no one dominated her when she was upset or angry. She and her mother Dona Gela had a feisty attitude, her father Don Vangelio was always a happy character. Before Rosa became a double amputee, she loved to dance like a spinning top. She loved cumbia, merenge, salsa, quebradites. She also likes singing. Her favorite songs Gasoline-powered. She also sang all Selena songs she adored this artist. She thought she was a singer because she was always singing. Rosa converted and became a Christian.
She accepted the Lord, she was baptized, and attended church. Would have gatherings of worship in her home all the time, and was visited by many Pastors. When Rosa lost her legs, it became difficult to attend church, but she never stop praising and adoring the Lord. She always had faith in God even though she couldn't go to church. She was always praying and enjoying Christian music. For many years Rosa fought a painful, hard battle with Diabetes. In the end, it took her life.
I Miss You
What a nice thing it would be to bring back someone from heaven. Imagine. Spend a day with that person only one day... One last time... Give him one last hug, one last kiss Listen to his voice again. Have another opportunity to say to him: I love you, I miss you!!!!! I love you with all my soul.
