Ramona Quinones was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on April 3, 1947 to parents Simona Iriarry and Jose Collazo. Ramona served the Lord for 32 years. She was dedicated to her church and family. In 1995 she became the First Lady at Rios de Agua Viva Church. She enjoyed listening to Christian music reading the Bible. She loved eating Chinese food and going out shopping. What she loved the most was spending time with family. Ramona was a dedicated wife and mother. She enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was always concerned about the people. She made sure family and friends had food and money. She gave donations to the Comprehensive Cancer Center where she got her chemo. Ramona was also a strong and courageous woman, who battled cancer for 14 years and fought till her last breath. And through her sickness she made sure her family and friends were well taken care of. She was survived by her husband Eladio Quinones, daughter Magda Alexander, son Edgar Quinones, grandchildren Abigail Figueroa, Antonio Quinones, Isaiah Figueroa and Ivana Quionones. Great grandchildren Jacelyn Figueroa, K’anna Figueroa and King Figueroa, son-in-law Jose Figueroa and daughter-in-law Irma Quinones.
