An amazing woman, full of faith and strength. I joined Bethany in 1994 and it became clear to me that Sis. Norma Boyd was one of the pillars of the church and was among a small but extremely dedicated circle of leaders who helped Bishop David Evans steward the unprecedented growth of the ministry. As I sit here at the viewing, my heart is filled with so much sadness and pain but also so much joy because I had my Aunt Norma in my life for so long. She gave me so much encouragement and love. We laughed together and talked so much. I hate to say that we didn’t talk often but when we did, we just picked up where we left off and would laugh some more. I will miss her so much but my love for her will remain strong until I die. I love you Aunt Norma. Vonnie

Norma, the best positive neighbor and friend I have ever have. Many times, Norma and I talked about the family, neighbors, and politics. Oh! the laughs we had! She really was a sweet little lady. Rest in peace dear friend.

When my biological aunt rejected me, Aunt Norma loved me unconditionally. It was nice to have a real aunt. I will always remember laughing with her watching a comedy movie. I will never forget Vonnie trying to teach her how to load her dishwasher and Norma telling me she’s going to do it her way. She was great. I loved her and will miss her.
