To Mrs.Janice and Family - I am truly sorry for your loss. I would like to offer you and your family my deepest and most sincere condolences. Mrs. Robinson was a great mentor and friend. She would always spend time talking to me regarding various matters making me feel like I was family not merely a tenant. Her compassion for others routinely showed through her tough exterior. I will always remember her with a smile because she was a joy to be around. She will truly be missed.
Sincerely,
Kim Scarborough

To Janis and family, words cannot express how I feel over the loss of Auntie Rose. Since she came into our family’s over 80 years ago, being my Aunt Mil's best(est) friend, and she was indeed my aunt as well. The two had so much in common. They both took care of their mothers until their eternal day. They changed their lives for a mother's love, as our Lord commands, "Honour thy father & thy mother." Also, it was Aunt Rose who taught her the value of saving and owning rental property. Our times on the phone went on for hours. She loved talking about properties and her wishes but most of all, her family. Her lifelong dream was to leave her family with the gift of a legacy she never had. As a property owner and a True Saver, she only wanted to manage her properties herself until her last days. I would beg her to let someone help manage them, but she would tell me, let me get this last one together, then we can talk. Well, 94 years later, she will be helping manage God's properties. He will love her saving plan, family values, and property management. Love to all of you, and she will be genuinely missed. Peace and love, Curly and the Cody Family.
